School Sport NZ have made a key announcement in regards to Secondary School tournaments, they have confirmed that all events on the School Sport NZ national calendar are suspended. There will be a review of the decision on Monday 6^th April, here is the full disclosure;

School Sport NZ provide clear factors in coming to their decision, and Softball NZ fully support the decision made. Therefore, and based on government advisory directives, the three SNZ Secondary School tournaments to be held in Hamilton, Hastings, and Nelson at the end of the month will be cancelled. They will be scheduled again for next season, March 2021.

We appreciate that this decision will cause some hardship, but with the best interests of the students at heart, and the greater wellbeing of our softball community, this decision is final. Please forward to interested parties.
