TONY O'HAGAN FAIR PLAY AWARD

Tony O'Hagan was a big part of Secondary School Triathlon and after his sudden passing in 2020 we would like to announce the Tony O'Hagan Memorial - Fair Play Award. This award will be presented for the first time at the NZ Secondary Schools Triathlon being held in New Plymouth on the 28th of March 2021.

The award will be presented to a participating School displaying outstanding Fair Play across the event. The Technical Team will be awarding this based on set criteria including:

  • Fair Play
  • Respect for the Competition
  • Respect for the Technical Officials
  • Respect for Teammates and Opponents

If you see some outstanding Fair Play at the event ensure you let our Technical Team know.
